How do I register?
Click Sign Up, enter a username, email address, and strong password, accept the terms, and complete the registration form.
Why are market prices not loading?
Market data is loaded from Binance. Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. A temporary provider outage can also prevent prices from loading.
How do I reset my password?
Open Login, choose Forgot password, and enter your account identity. A password reset instruction is sent to the email address associated with your account.
What should I do if my account is locked?
After five failed login attempts, access is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Wait until the lock expires and try again with the correct credentials.
How can I report a problem?
Tell support what happened, when it happened, and which page or action caused the issue. Never send your password, access token, or refresh token.
Are cryptocurrency trades risk-free?
No. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and trading can result in loss. Review the risks carefully and never trade more than you can afford to lose.
